I can’t begin to explain how proud I am of this story. This book became a love letter to myself. Questions of deserving affections, the challenges of self compassion, and the difficulty of differences rise again and again in Alice’s final adventure. Writing this was an emotional gauntlet, but I’m still here on the other side.
