Cursed with the Dragon Prince is here! It’s all edited and shiny, and for a few days, I’ve made it available for free.
Free!? On a new book? Silly, I know. I do have my reasons…
This past year, I’ve made difficult medical decisions based on a condition I never wanted. This book is about that, in a messy storytelling way. It’s about the journey to freedom within entrapping circumstances.
I try to write books for you, my readers, but here’s my confession… I wrote Cursed with the Dragon Prince for me.
And to do that, I threw lots of storytelling convention out the window. The heroine is barren and her infertility is a huge part of this book. So I threw marketing conventions out the window too. I priced the book at 99c and set up a freebie campaign as fast as I could.*
I love this story and writing it helped me. I can’t predict what you’ll think of it, though I can hope it helps you find freedom too.

*Huge thank you to everyone who preordered and purchased before I could schedule this freebie! Your support means so much!
And she has every right to be afraidโsheโs human. Because of her species, she should be terrified of this entire island, my clan, and above all, me. My clan has not been kind to humans, and my bloodline has been the worst.
We are the dragon fae, created for life on these volatile lands by the isle herself, Wisp. A deity who has cursed our clan.
Cursed with the Dragon Prince is shiny and nearing publication. To celebrate, here’s a cover and blurb reveal! Keep scrolling to learn more about Monster’s Duet, my coauthor project with Naomi Lucas.
During a storm at sea, Iโm tossed overboard and my family abandons me. Stranded, I wake on a beach with black sand, discovering Iโm far from my human home and marooned on the Isles of Fae.
Iโm found by a dragon fae, a powerful prince, who upon seeing me, is consumed by rage, chasing me into a dark cave.
Despite his terrifying strength, I learn he is as lonely as I am, and soon, he craves for me as I lust for him. Except we remain divided, bound to the roles expected by his clan.
They call me the Blessed One. Their deity has cursed them for their kingโs transgressions, but if I survive the rites of queenshipโsurrendering my future, risking my lifeโI can end their curse.
My family ๐๐๐ abandon me. The offer ๐๐ tempting.
Excited to announce my coauthor project: Monster’s Duet! I’ve teamed up with Naomi Lucas, my awesome friend and editing client (Naga Brides) to write two monster romance novels.
Two heroines will be chased, spooked, and ultimately loved by their beastly men. Together, these characters will face dark forces in their chaotic worlds. Set in a small town, these somewhat cozy, somewhat horror, romantic adventures mix survival and mystery. And of course, every adventure ends with a HEA.
These monster romances will NOT be for exclusively sweet romance readers. Consider this your first (of many) warnings.
To ensure these stories are everything we dreamed they could be, we’ve been pushing ourselves and each other to become our best author selves. And now the preorders are live. Can’t wait to share these with you next fall!
It’s been about two months since the launch of Shadow and Smite, and I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who has supported this launch! As an author, it is an honor when my books reach their readers, and I’m eager to send more stories your way.
Cursed with the Dragon Prince will be my next book. This is a standalone romance set in the Isles of Fae universe, focusing on the isle of Wisp and the dragon fae who live there. This story is deeply transformative and beautiful in its expression of curses and blessings. If you’ve enjoyed the throne and land-as-deity concepts from Isles of Fae universe, you’ll love this story.
You can preorder Cursed with the Dragon Prince [here]. I’m aiming to publish this in February/March.
In other news, book two of the Shadow and Smite quarter is in development. I’ll share chapter one in January! I’ve got a surprise bonus epilogue in the works too, featuring Rhett and Eleanor.
Thanks again for your support! I’m excited to get my next books to you soon!
Happy release day! To celebrate, I’m sharing a map of the Isles of Fae!
This project has officially gone from my development goals of “I want to build a fae court system around islands” to thisโa map and a book. This world is my playground, and this map inspires me every day. Shadow & Smite is only the beginning.
So without further ado, it’s finally time to introduce the Isles of Fae.
It’s been a while. And there’s so much to say. The Isle of Fae is ready for reveal.
Where to begin. This project is the biggest thing I’ve attempted. I’m working on two series. There’s a breathtaking map I can’t wait to show you. This is a world brimming with romantic adventures.
Shadow & Smite is ready for an August release.
This is the first book in an epic quartet following the adventures of Ayla and Zayne. When I first plotted this project, I looked at my plan and thought “if I can pull this off I’m going to be so proud of myself.” And apparently, I am proud (and that’s a very scary for me to say before a release. But hey, I’m trying to trust myself.)
I can’t wait for this to reach you. I hope you love it as much as I do.
A necromancer holds the strings to my sister’s soul. By rescuing her, I’ll save the Shadow Court.
I have a plan. Itโs a longshot, but it is the best I have. Iโll draw the attention of undead Shades. The Shades however pursue someone else: Ayla, a beautiful fae I dismissed too quickly. Turns out, there’s something special about herโI just don’t know what it is.
Iโm on the run, fleeing to the Isles of Fae. As a part-fae bastard, I want to escape my past. Maybe I’ll learn the truth of my heritage or find the Firewolf I see in my visions. Iโm going. And nothing can derail meโat least until Zayne ruins everything.
Because of him, I am branded by Shades. Now a gray blemish grows on my chest. With time, it will bind my soul, kill me, and raise me as an undead. I didnโt escape just to be slain.
Zayne has a remedy, one he will shareโif we save his sister from a necromancer.
My options are limited, and I join his quest. Only I have secrets, and I donโt trust him. Yet every time he heals my brand, he touches my bare skin. With his palm pressed to my heart, Iโm drawn closer to him.
Thereโs no denying the fire between us. Or the obstacles. As my brand and feelings grow, I realize escape was a terrible plan.
